According to Ron Hays yesterday, Director of Farm Programming for the Radio Oklahoma Network, US Beef clearly outperformed the total market in Japan. Great news but unfortunately, "Dirt Rich", which blew onto the Music Row CountryBreakout Chart last week as the week's biggest debut, features the one cow we can't eat! (buy the song on Itunes right now and you can hear the whole story!)
Thanks to all the Radio PD's and Jocks who have big patience and bigger cajones to spin songs they like, even if they don't come from a big money label.

In other news, "Cow or Cowboy", (same writer different cow...) one of the next upcoming singles off "Western Stars", is being tested in Europe where it is currently up to #6 in it's second week on the CMR Nashville top 40 chart thanks to the support of wonderful people like Marie Crichton at the BBC. Can't wait to put together a European tour. If you are reading this Toby Keith, I will also wash the bus and buy drinks.
